How about something like a pair of Dovi and a Black Shark Or pair of Oscars and Red Tail cat? A 50 gallon wouldn't be a suitable permanent home but would be a good start.
I'm biased over the Black Shark as they're my favorite freshwater fish followed by Red Tails.

wow talk about a counter-productive member, i think we finally have him talked out of an iridescent shark for a 50 so you recomend a RTC, an even bigger fish ARE YOU NUTS? RTC's can get literally the same size as a 50 gallon tank. and a pair of dovi? seriously it's a 50 gallon tank not 500. please make recomendations that fit what he has not just randomly cool fish that he can't keep at the moment, for everyones sake.

I do like their aggresion and activity but I would like some bigger things for my 50 gal. how many of these could I fit in my ten gallon if thats all i puit in there .. how expensive are they and should most LFS's have them or do i ahve to order them in?

You wouldn't be able to get any of them in a 10 gallon because you need to have a minimum of 10 of them or they will kill eachother. they're not that expensive, probably between $5-8 each. I know one of my lfs has them in stock all the time I'm not sure if most lfs do though.

ten gallon tanks really aren't suitable for very many species of aggressive fish, or you will end up with just one solitary fish, with that said exodons usually run around $9.99 or less around here, and you would probably have to have them ordered in

and acura are you looking for aggressive OR predatory fish? they tend to be two different things. a predatory fish won't kill things it isn't looking to eat, ex. Ctenopomas. aggressive fish will eat other fish(food) as well as kill other's without always eating them (usually over territory) ex. cichlids do this

good question. Well I am looking for a fish that I can put smaller fish in with it and watch him either tear em apart or just swallow them whole. I don't mind them being a lil aggresive towards tank mates if thats what it takes but I would be jsut as happy if they were relaxed and layed back with the other tank mates. with this being said .. what they are matters. like the thought of sharks or piranha's os jsut something thats known and bad ass. like dangerous but also isn't somethnig not many people ahve heard of .. this is one reason I am thinknig pirahna's

how big do the black sharks get? everyone is tripping over my iridescent shark so how big do these get and how common/easy to find are they? and post a pic for me if you have them. and i'm thinknig about oscars but red tail cat gets tooo big. no one saying yes to pirana's? Not sure about them just an idea. I also want something that will be active

Both the ID and Black Shark will quickly out grow a 50 gallon but it's a good start. Here's a not so good pic of the Black Shark. They get to be around 2' so you're talking a good sized fish. http://www.aquahobby.com/gallery/e_morulius.php

I've just begun keeping Red Piranha and find them fascinating to watch. They're very active most of the time and a 50 gallon would be good for maybe 3 but ideally you should have about 5 IMO.
