Filtration may be tricky though - considering there will be small fry and fry food like BBS, you may need to be able to turn off the filtration in individual tanks temporarily when feeding. It would be hard to do if all the tanks are connected into one system.

BBS? No way...... way too much work! Ok, the frozen stuff isn't bad. I guess I could just shut down the return pump for a few minutes during feedings.
