How much flow do you have and what kind of corals are you planning to have?

I have the two stock pumps running on the wavemaker alternating every minute, and also a koralia 425 in there. No clear plans on coral stocking yet, I'm thinking about starting with mostly softies and leathers and then eventually working up to some LPS.
Never mind, scratch that, I think you'll be fine with that amount.

I was thinking about adding another koralia and wavemaker to create different currents but the overall amount wouldn't be much different than what I have now.
I have two koralia 425's on my 20 gal but I'm keeping sps so I think you'll be fine with what you've got unless you eventually want sps.

Added a Sissortail Dartfish today. No other changes other than the Pulsing Xenia has stopped pulsing so much so I started dosing phytoplankton every other day which I read can help.
If the Xenia don't start pulsing well again don't worry about it. Pulsing Xenia can be a shoot and a miss for no reason, I've got some in my tank that don't pulse as well as others but I also have a bunch of SPS, LPS, and softies that are thriving. Xenia is just a weird coral.

Yeah I've read that before plus I'm wondering if I should cut back the time the skimmer runs to let the water get a bit dirtier and adding plankon won't hurt either
You could try but if you wanna have any other corals that need pristine water you'll probably have to choose between the xenias or that.
