Setting up my first viviarium

Ok thanks. That does help. Thats kind of what i was thinkin of doing, but if possible avaoid the black stripe across the middle. Same general setup though, a peice of glass siliconed to the bottom, a glass door, and screen for the top. Im thinkin of some kind of hinges for one side, or does anyone know if itd be possible to do it with velcro in the sides? I dont know maybe just a stupid thought

Honestly in person the black strip doesnt seem as prominent as it does in the pic(although mine is used for a tarantula who is rarely ever on the ground). I would try a plastic/acrylic hinge before velcro. Im not sure how you could make velcro work really..
 
Id do great stuff then trim it. But thats just me.


Oh and where in PA are ya?
