Set up a couple shades in your office so you can pull them down or pull then up depending on where you are.

Hehe The shades were always there...but they are tan in color so maybe the shades are not standing out. Plus I can actually see the tank even when the shades are down. Thanks for the advice tho

Ditto...haha. I have three more in my room.....someone comes by every 10 days or so to clean. Don't want my hobby to become my job, I would hate fish keeping!

Yupe.. they are growing over an inch a month! Got them at 6 inches April 29, six months later there are 3 or 4 that are over 12 inches. Will be moving to a bigger spot in a month or so.

From your experience how do you think a Mbu puffer would do in a 700g tank with big cichlids, Kelberi pbass, and a couple bigger cats? I have read mixed things about their compatibility with larger, slower fish, especially ones that might occasionally display aggression. Would a Mbu be likely to retaliate and kill if a cichlid challenged it?

I honestly think it has everything to do with the individual animal.. Most fish can easily out swim/maneuver a MBU. I would be more concern for the MBU if the cichlids display too much aggression. You should give this combo a try and monitor the interactions of all the fish involved, it can be quite rewarding to see this work out.
