Ok so I wanna get a black arowana, my idea was either an 180 glass tank fill maybe a feet high, or one of these pond containers:

Where do I even get these pond containers. How much would a 6'x2' rectangular container cost? How much would a 6' circular pond container cost?

I wanna keep a black arowana, but at the same time be as cost effective as possible.

Would I need to reinforce these pond containers? Or just fill it with water and be set?

A 180 with a foot of water is a waste of space and time.

Tractor supply stores and Home Depot and the like can maybe order them. Not sure on price, just call.
