severum doing flips

i have a gold severum and it always seems to be doing flips around my drift wood just for fun. it only does it in one spot were he can do it around a limb of the drift wood then under a plant i changed everthing around not to long ago and he stopped doing it untell he found a new spot he liked.......... is this normal or is somthing wrong with him?

ill try to my camera is charging so ill try when its done but he is super camera shy i cant even get a picture so i dont think he will do the flip on video but it is fun to watch.

I agree he's just playing; I remember someone showed a YouTube vid of a bloodparrot doing flips over and over. It was hilarious!
