Go with a good staple pellet, like Omega1, or Bio Gold. Then feed veggies, and whatever else floats your boat. Vary the diet for best results. Sevs like veggies a lot. I think it is better for them to eat veggies regularly. Best of luck with your Sevs

you know, My sev's LOVE the Algea Wafers that you give to plecos...I hook them up every other day its really loaded with Protien for them and with a staple diet of Cichlid crisp.. and I once in while give them frozen Krill and Blood Worms...

all my sevs like anything I put in. bloodworms, spirulina, plankton, flake, you name it.

LOL.. I give some times also frozen peas.. thawed out of course...lol..some spinach.. just take out of tank after they get thier fill...
