Its the darkness of the lines and length of the fins. Also females never grow as quickly or as big as males. If they are juvis then just watch them for 2 or 3 weeks, you can tell. You have a male.

I've got a Female green that is a very quick grower and is certainly the dominant in my tank. Unless of course it's a male with no facial markings, as that method of sexing them is far from definite. When I picked her up, she was about double the size of all of the her fellow siblings. She's also growing noticeably faster than what I believe is a male from by the facial markings, who is from different parents. Fin length is hard to tell as she is only 4 1/2" or so. Vent indicates female.
OP: Can't help you with your image, facial markings indicate male but it's not a definite way of telling.
