Correct. Copper may prove useful in most cases but the effects can be damaging for most fish. Praziquantel and metronidazole can only eliminate a certain number of internal parasites whereas levamisole hydrochloride and flubendazole can cover a wide range of parasites including nematodes. I wouldn't mess with that, I've heard too many negative things about it. And while it works for velvet (sometimes) and ich (sometimes) I don't believe it does much for internal parasites, assuming that's what her Sev has.
