its an albino convict.

there are no white spcies of severums. they all are very round with a more pointed shaped mouth, not that wide typical cichlid mouth that convicts have.

also young severums will all be striped regardless of their species

Ive seen white severum. Around an inch long, no stripes. Too small or I would have got one. Agree on the convict though. Looks like mine.

sounds like a gold severum. they dont develop the yellow coloration till they get bigger.

I agree, I have a pick convict/parrot hybrid named Hecter. Looks like you have one of his mug shots there
