Im still gunna say female. as it matures it might later be obviously a male but with the picture you provided i think its a female
(for the normal jack)
im not sure of the EBJD

My EBJD is maybe 2 inches and already has streaming tails on the back of the dorsal fin.. I also saw others that looked like this, but some had the extensions already.. Is that a dead give away to be a male?

Anyone know?

I would have guessed female for the first one but its preety much impossible to tell at this age, unless you vent.
