I know Convicts are supposed to be easy to sex, but my new con I can't tell, has some reddish color on its cheeks and I don't know maybe slight color on the body, only about 1.5 inches long also. The pics aren't the best, darn thing is fast! Thanks.

No fantail, I have Boesmani Rainbowfish in there with him. Dispose of him? No, I like him, I don't like to get rid of fish, I'd buy another tank before I did that.
