From the bulk of the fish and the fins, I'd say female, but it's hard to tell. Can you get a shot of the vent?
Hard to say 100%, but my guess is male based on the head slope (angular), and the vibrant coloration (females are usually fairly drab and darker)....
Now that I think of it, coloration is saying male.
But again, to be sure, you'll have to vent it. Color, shape, fins, etc... are not the best way to sex a fish. Even fancy guppies can't always be sexed by the size of their tail. I've seen females with large tails and some males with moderately short ones...
