Now that I think of it, coloration is saying male.
But again, to be sure, you'll have to vent it. Color, shape, fins, etc... are not the best way to sex a fish. Even fancy guppies can't always be sexed by the size of their tail. I've seen females with large tails and some males with moderately short ones...
