Anyone have a clue as to the sex of this one..... Thanks!

From the bulk of the fish and the fins, I'd say female, but it's hard to tell. Can you get a shot of the vent?

Hard to say 100%, but my guess is male based on the head slope (angular), and the vibrant coloration (females are usually fairly drab and darker)....

Now that I think of it, coloration is saying male.

But again, to be sure, you'll have to vent it. Color, shape, fins, etc... are not the best way to sex a fish. Even fancy guppies can't always be sexed by the size of their tail. I've seen females with large tails and some males with moderately short ones...

male because of the slope of the head...the fins and colors, but ofcourse you can't be sure until you vent him/her
