I would think sexing a fish would be related to breeding, if I dont know the sex, how do I breed? Also, I've seen sexing here before and most people with experience breeding are also good at sexing.

Also, When adding salt and increasing temp add extra aeration because this lowers oxygen levels, which may be the problem in the first place if you're tank is underfiltered.
For starters (sexing) a fish has (NOTHING) to do with breeding.
(or your thread would have remained in the breeding section)
and if you're interested in breeding, you should read up a little on whatever it is you're interested in trying.
Also, knowing the (SEX) of whatever you want to breed doesn't mean you'll succeed.
The other threads you saw in the breeding section regarding (sexing) involved breeding in the OP (unlike yours).
Good luck with your future breeding project. The GT you posted is still very young.
