well females develop a nuchal hump also. especially in with the midas and red devil. with a breeding tube that size, it looks like a female. males breeding tube is a lot thinner.

I was positive it was a male because of the body shape and finnage. Someone on here told me it was a female because of the looks of the vent. I still didn't want to believe it, but then she laid eggs several times.
