lol it's weird because my females had the black patch on their dorsal fins since they were 1"... I was able to sex them easily. But yours is def. a female...

She could hybridize with a convict. But it wouldn't look good imo. Generally Convict hybrids aren't the best looking.
It could happen, but unlikely. They are 2 very different sp. It would look good IMO, but I am one of those people who are against hybrids.
i think hybrids are awsome.. apart from parrots ..well they both females now .. theres a male midas in there with them i now realise i mite have to get rid of the salvini bcuz of the aggression from the midas.
