sex of my FRTs?

just did some measurements. both of them are actually around 8" SCL.

due to the angle of the pictures, some of the measurement in the pictures are not very accurate.

boy (carapax length is 4"):

"girl" (at least up till now it still looks like its a girl) (carapax length is 3"):

anyone can confirm for me? thanks in advance.

Give them til they're about 10" is so, then it will be a bit more easier to give a guess. We had a "female" end up being a male. Nice little pair you got. Take good care of them!

got the boy around 2 yearrs ago at around 6" SCL.

the "girl" was adopted this September at around 7" SCL.

im in Singapore.

but i believe its not easy to find now anywhere in the world. after they got listed in CITES II back in early 2005 their origin countries banned export. no captive breeding have been recorded except in 2 Zoos if i didnt remember wrongly.

To be honest I think you got yourself 2 boys That girl´s tail doesant seems very girlish to me, hope your keeping them apart even if they are a copple
