Can someone help me out? I bought these 2 yesterday and took the pictures while I was introducing them to the tank.
They are extremely shy and hide all the time.

Put them in the tank and let them get acclimated...females will be darker colored and males will be more whiteish colored...I have a 3" female that I love...she bullys my 3.5" jaguar all the time

Because the substrate, most of the rocks in your tank are very light (white), the Cubans have developed a washed out appearance to blend in with their surroundings at this point. (This is not meant to be criticism of your set up, just an observation)
A dark spot in the dorsal fin is usually an indicator of a female, but because they are not showing normal colors it's hard to tell.
Here is a young female.

and a mature male.

A young tetracanthus normally may look like this if the background offered more dark places to blend with.
