Regular looks like a dude. Pointed anal and dorsal fins is the way I haved sexed fish in the past. The golden definately looks like a female, again just going by the fins though. Saw a pair at a lfs and you could clearly see the differences in them. Good luck, you've got a couple of rad fish their.
