sex these 3 fish

Im thinking the one who managed to squeeze under the divider is female. Are they still together?
they're not, I took the video then put her back. I can see where they've begun digging again. I'm guessing about a day or 2 she will have managed to dig under the divider again.
I really would like to figure out the sex of these 3 fish ASAP, so I can make my moves.

still not sure on the sex of these fish. the "female" dug under the divider again and swam to the larger ones side. I put "her" back, now the larger one is on her side. The "female" gets pushed around a lot and ends up in a corner of the tank near the surface.
