I thought all this time it was a male. Every female i bring home and throw in with this big GT, the female gets sick and stops eating and white stringy poo, second one so far. Im thinking this big one is a female and when i put another female in, it competes and the big one is more dominent female?? Im thinking of buying another male and seeing what happens wen i put him in. Heres some pics of the gt i thought was male that i own. He is about 7-8 inches.

Male.
The white stringy poop is common in GT.I can't think of what causes it right now,but am sure some one else will. You need to treat them for that, and probably keep them out of your main tank too.Your lucky they have not infected what I am pretty sure is a nice looking male.

Iv treated the female with clout and there seems to be no effect. Its been 5 days already, iv been using 1 tab per 10g. Its getting to be annoying already! I dont know what to do anymore, i love Gold Saums!

I've always had good results using Jungle Parasite Clear to treat the internal parasites that cause white stringy poo . . . not saying Clout won't work, I just haven't used that stuff since the 70s (assuming it hasn't changed)

Hexamita is what your GT has. I lost two of them to it. Treat with Metrodiazanole. It is a ***** to get rid of though.

This is my male. I am no fish expert but I would say imo thats a female

His is a male too. Dorsal and anal fins are pointed not rounded.

one of them will be dominant and prolly kill the other.
