Yeah I agree, I have a female that looks like that as well, so what you have from what I see in that pic is male for sure.........here is what my female looks like, and you can definitely tell the difference. The female is the top fish, and the male is underneath her.

If you look closely at the pics, you can see what looks like a little blue coming in on the lower gill plates. It certainly looks male at first glance, however, I believe that it is too small at this point for sexing visually. As others have said, give it some time and take some pics when it gets a little larger. Right now, I'm leaning towards male, but it may surprise us.
