Half of my post seems to have gone... Odd.
Can see both pics now, and everyone seems to be hitting it on the head now. Top female (few marks, lack of trailing fins) and bottom male (more worms, longer fins)
But, as japes said, its not a 100% science, so its going to be a suck it and see experiment, we could be right, but we could be wrong
