Best way is to let them pair up. Hard with asiatica. Males are more spotty. Females have a rounder appearance. Seen smaller males that need to mature that can look like females. Hard to really determine but if they pair up it’ll show the differences. Maybe jib can shed some more info. Best of luck.

Oh, if it’s a male then can I breed it now? I just bought another channa asiatica, not so sure about the gender, I’ve put them tgt, and the male u said, are bullying the other channa, at first the male did the flare thing and abit of “dancing”? Not so sure.
