well i had posted a thread on this topic some monthsd back

heres a response i got from user nubria6969 that id like to share with you though in my opinion ur fhs are female judging from their body shape

Spots on the dorsal fin is not a reliable way to tell if you have a female.Yes alot of females will have a dark spot or spots but alot of males have spots too.

My 2.5 inch flowerhorn has light black very tiny spot on its dorsal fin and has pointed dorsal and anal fins...is it male or a female?
