Sweet. I can tell the top mono is a male.

This doesn't seem to apply to all my fish.

My egg laying female mono has extremely pointed anal fin. Just like your top one.

I think my method is more accurate.

I was checking some pictures of peacocks, and the kelberis with humps that Ive checked, they all have pointed fins.
Couldnt see the same on pinimas, idk why.

Did this while I was changing the tanks water..

Very bad pics, hard to do it alone, but the only big difference I could notice was the color of their vents.. Idk whats the male and female, if you guys would guess there, I would be grateful.
