Every fish is sexable...lol....some you gotta wait longer than others....lol....like Oscars...you gotta wait for them to pair up usually and breed...then you can tell...hey! ur a Maam and ur a Sir!! But yes, some fish are very difficult to tell....wish it was as simple as lifting up their scales and takin a peek...
