Hi guys,
I'm new here and need help to sexing my jag.
Also i would appreciate if you guys give any advice about my tank setup. I give him/her feeder plattys for diet.
Thanks

NB: by the picts taken, im still doing water change, so the water level a little bit low

welcome, males tend to have more intricate patterns and spots as they grow older. how long is it?

I'm not 100% sure about sex, so will hold off on my opinion. That said, I would get a good pellet vs. just live fish - and I would hold off on the plattys - unless you are the one raising them. I also like your tank/aquascape, but can tell you that it is going to get really snug - really fast, so I'd start working on a bigger tank. Nice looking Jag though!

Thanks! Yea i should start moving him to my 100 gallons. The under gravel filter also one of my consideration. When it comes to food, he's pretty messy.
Also, he keep rejecting pellet.

yep, my baby oscars reject pellets, and only eat live fish or dried shrimp.

Stop live food cold turkey - he can go weeks without food - jaguars are not hard to get on pellets - you will be successful, he won’t starve, and he will be healthier for doing it
