Sexing red tiger(mota) cichlid

For reference, here's a pair of juvenile F3 RTM from "Rio Blanco" collection locale years ago. Female (top) & Male (bottom). These fish are about three inches TL. Aside from the generally more intense orange / red coloration of the female and the generally more spotted operculum and fins of the male, you will often notice the males have a light blue shading to their eyes, as can be seen in this photo of one of my young pairs.
