Most avian vets will do the dna testing. And also some bird stores will do it I know where i got my macaw from they would. And some places allow you to collect the blood yourself and send it in but I just dont feel comfortable doing it myself yet.

i'll have to look around then...if they are both female then could i add 2 males to the mix...in a bigger cage of corse...
i have 4 tiels and the 2nd bird is also a female as long as u have 2 nest boxes for both pairs it will work there friendly birds
It should work but there isnt a guarantee. You couldn't just put them in together immediately you would have to let them get to know each other. But all should be fine since they are flock animals just keep an eye on them and like said have two seperate nest boxes.
i would introduce them all at the same time to the cage...i would have two b. boxes also i have thought about putting my parakeets to gether but idk
