Sexing Umbee

Female umbees will display some blues when tryin to establish dominance in a tank which is why this one is more colorful. Now as soon as u add a known larger male, their colors will instantly change to the yellow color we are all used to seeing.

Below are some further pictures, I also took some pictures of the other Umbee that I am sure about the sex (Female). She is about the 2/3 size of the other and both are from the same batch.
Please let me know if these pictures change your idea.

I defer to the Umbee guys. I only have an Umbee which is dark blue. Nothing similar with yours( which is beautifull, in any case )

I am also going female. Some umbees can be tough to sex without venting at that size just by pics alone. I have a female that when she was without a male looked male herself.

The problem is, these are the only 2 Umbees in Turkey, and now I need to import a male... Anyways now I have a new target .

I'm thinking it's a male because it has a lot more freckling than most females I've seen.
