There are differences, but they are not 100% exlusive. Rather, they are slightly more likely on a male than a female, such as in humans where most people with long hair are female, or assumed so, but it isn't 100%. Also, the male is not the only one that will carry eggs. Females will carry eggs in their mouths as well. I don't think anybody is being ignorant by questioning his statement. Not even the aro breeders would dare claim that PLJ is a sign of the sex of an aro. Some of them are even conducting DNA testing just to sex aros since they can't tell otherwise. Besides, "How much do you want to bet" statements don't give much credibility either way. If there is proof, show it.
