As said by Benny, anything bigger than 4x2x2 and not on cabinet stands (wrought or cast Iron stand) needs permit from HDB.

But we all know no many people are doing that.

landed property is a term we use for people staying in houses. Meaning you have the house, a garden etc..pretty much like what people are staying in the suburb in the US...

most of us singaporeans stay in apartment houses.

Better to check it with HDB and place it near pillar area.
