So as I was sitting and watching my Loaches, Clowns and an Angelicus, I was priveledged to see some entertaining antics.

I got to see my angelicus "Hip Check" my largest CL off of a piece of cucumber so he could have the slice all to himself for a minute or two.

I saw same Angelicus laying on his back, under a piece of cucmber happily munching away.

Finally saw my largest moving rocks to see what was underneath. Actually I think she was foraging for snails (can't remember the type, small screw shaped shells).

In the year or so that I have had Loaches, I have been greatly entertained by them and grown to love them more each day.

So Please share your funny, cute, unusual, and even annoying Loach Antics.

School of large loaches I used to have would sit at the end of the tank watching my wife and I on the couch. When the TV was on they would sit at the front corner watching us and the TV at the same time. If you looked them in the eye they would all look away as though they were just sitting there by chance. Looked something like this... :uhoh:

bump.....I know ther are more than two other loach keepers out there....
 
well my pack of 36 c/l's do everthing that c/l's do..the loach dance up and down the tank,zooming from one end to the other,begging for food when i see them in the morning,when i put a slice of cucumber they will take turn's at nibbling at it..but the one thing i havn't seen them do is the sleeping on their side thing..but then again my tank is at work so i dont see them at night...

That is so cool!! I have to say the more I see Loaches the more I love em!
 
I don't have any but the more I read about them the more I want some!
