all of these is due to the food that u was feeding your MP flowerhorn. This is one of the reason your flowerhorn turns out unofficial

No be happy. You Fader ZZ is growing up. Hes still "peeling" into his adult colors. He will be a stunning uniform color in a couple months.
If you are really concerned with his health, post your water parameters and his feeding regiment and WC schedule. He looks fat and healthy to me though.

Thanks for your help. I guess I am just being paranoid. I did not know they could or would fade still at 2 years of age. Geesh, hope he doesnt grow too much bigger. May need to upgrade to a 150 gallon just for him-lol
He certainly could be fading. Whatever, I wouldn't be worried about him as he is looking perky and bright. Certainly not a sick fish at all !!
