Signed....but I'm not sure as to what the point is. Shark finning is illegal world wide. It just needs to be enforced. (I vote cut eh arms of the ------ s doing it and fed it back to them in a soup.)

Done...and I really hope that something can really be done about this

Being that we are a GLOBAL COMMUNITY....we can all do something about is even further. If a restaurant near you sells shark fin soup...talk to your local newspaper about it. Market demand stimulates the shark finning.
