Yet another reason why either you or Phil should have to change your username. ;)

Nice sharks, Harold. My favorite sharks are wobbegongs, but I'll never get a tank big enough for one. :(

Well actually sharks were what first got me keeping fish over 17years ago...... Not all those fish were mine..... the blacktips and bonnets were from a public aquarium........ and some were from a LFS i worked at......

I've personally kept all kinds of rays..... (batrays my favorite) and leopards n smoothhounds....... and a lemon that i rescued from a hobbyist....... they were kept in 240's, 600 cylinder and a 1600 cylinder....... Let me tell you..... Lemons are no joke!!!!!! pure muscle....... anyways they were eating me out of house n home.... plus my ebill was through the roof....... now i just enjoy looking at other peoples fish......

so who's whale was that? lol

is that a skate or a guitarfish?

Oddballer - I have not, but that pattern looks amazing. How many did you have with that pattern? As well how fast did your Leopards tend to grow?

I've seen two in 17yrs.... how fast do they grow? hmm.... well not as fast as say in the wild...... a 6" pup can reach get over 20 in the wild in a year i think?....... its just like anything else..... you have your top dogs and your runts..... the top dogs are the ones that tend to eat more......

That leopard you were referring to in the photo is often called a scribbled. We see about 12-20 of those leopards with that genetic variation every year here in S. Ca.
