Thanks! He's quite a trooper. :D It's 3M Color quartz sand. I just vacuum the sand every week when I do a WC. I also have a Hydor Koralia 3 blowing stuff from one end of the tank. I think I will have to get a second one.
 
I Keep:

11x-Lamprologus multifasciatus
6x-Lamprologus ocellatus (Gold)
2x-Lamprologus speciosus (Black Occie)

and will be adding some:

10x-Lamprologus similis
 
I want to keep more shellies b/c Multies just aint cuttin it for me. I have : 2 10g and 2 20L but my gecko is using 1 of the 10s. So I cant choose what type of shellies to put in the alredy set up 10g. Any shellies you guys prefer?
