i actually have a 20L which i would use but the 29 has some really fine white crushed coral substrate and i just assumed that would be good for them, and i dont want to move the sand to another tank, its a ***** to get sand out of a tank
You should be fine with the 29gal. - you just wont get any benefit off the height of the tank. Other then that it should work out fine. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
i got the 6 orange bellys too and 15 shells for them, ive been wanting to get shellies for awhile
I got a great deal on all of it too cause it was all from the same seller, got it all with shipping for 82 bucks lol, ill post up pics when its done
Would a ph around 8.2-8.4 be okay with these guys or do i need to raise higher????
I dont see why not =] All of mine actually tend to stay in a group. They consist of 2 brevis and 2 ocellatus gold. Sometimes they pair up and swim off on their own, but they are so intresting to watch. Def. some of my fav. Africans I have ever owned.
