Great looking tank... looks like it has a lot of potential...

Cool to do the hc with the tank empty like that...wish I could have gone that way with mine, wouldnt have had to have dealt with the corys ripping it up all the time.

Looks good. You going iwagumi? Or are you going to put some taller plants in the back?

I'm definitely going to be putting some stem plants in the back. I just planted some Ludwigia Repens and i'm still thinking about what other stem to plant. I'm also going to be planting downoi and Blyxa.

? about doing this method, is Co2 a must or will it keep this way? Really awesome cant wait to see the results.

Well with emersed you don't need to have a Co2 set up hooked up to it b/c it gets all its Co2 from the atmosphere. The only thing you need to worry about is when you fill up the tank. You're going to need Co2 to support the transition from emersed to immersed.

Well its been a while since I updated this so here it is. Nothing much has changed except I pulled all the rocks out and stuck in a few stems of Ludwigia that exploded. Still haven't filled it because i don't' have Co2 yet. :(

VERY VERY nice man....:thumbsup: WTG...this is something I am so eger to try some day. But first, my nano SW.

I would maybe fill it a little each day, instead of ALL at once.

What co2 systems do you have in mind? Maybe I can give some advice.

Thanks Jason, well for now it just seems like a milwaukee, jbj, or azoo are in my range. I've just been busy with other projects and sorta neglected this tank

whats the temp inside the tank ?
