yes the latest says it is on its way to a fedex station near my zip code thats all.

Your fish should be fine.
Any delays or issues caused by the post office, will be covered by the post office. It snowed today over here, likely causing the delay.

This is hardly inflammatory. He's just curious if his fish will be okay. Still, you should have asked Jeff, someone reading this can misinterpret what you are saying.
