yes, but I doubt the F&W cares. When they see LIVE FISH on teh box that is what they usually go for.

Jeff is one of the tops in my book. I have never received anything but the best from him sometimes the fish are smaller then what he says but I have no problem with that because of his great prices and quality of his stock.

I was just letting everyone know because I've read some posts about some shady things going on. People are mostly like they(fish and game) don't have the time, or what the law doesn't know isn't illegal. Well I'd be in some serious poopy right now if I would have tried to order the snakehead that I would love to have.

i have a listing of fish on the mfk cahtroom can you look at it and see if there is any fish that may be illegal to import

I don't think it's the import problem. I think the F&W were after let sat people shipping Piranhas to CA or something like that.

Rapps likely wouldn't sell Illegal fish. Pirhanas are Legal in Ohio, and just about everything Rapps sells.


Did you maybe consider that Rapps re-used a box that he had imported, and when it was imported, they checked it? Did he use clear tape as well?

If your shipment was shipped by a courier service, I Doubt F&W would check it, or has a chance to?..
