I would NEVER buy from a seller that doesn't offer a live arrival guarantee... they could ship you a dead turtle and tell you it must have happened during shipping and there'd be nothing you could do about it....
Find a real breeder who knows what they are doing.... Depending on what your looking for, I would recommend Mac's Morphs.

Ditto. Regardless of the animal you are talking about, you need a live arrival guarantee. That is only amplified when the expense of the animal goes up. Any seller of such an animal SHOULD offer a live and healthy arrival. That would be a deal stopper for me. I had the same type of turtle you're likely considering shipped to me years ago, and would never have accepted the deal were live arrival not part of the bargain. The fella is still alive and well with me today.
