Shipping Aquariums

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I called several shipping companies when looking into getting my new tank, and not one would guarantee safe delivery. they all wanted me to sign a "we break it, you out of luck" form.
something to consider.

Try calling the larger national moving companies and explain your situation. They might have an upcoming move from NE to Texas and if your patient it shouldn't take too long. I did this with furniture from San Diego and had it brought to Washington State. It was cheap because I was patient. It took about a month to make it happen. I only called 1 company. If you call a couple one is bound to have a truck taking that route. Good luck!

You could higher a "professional" mover and they have assurance/insurance so you know it won't be broke or they owe you xxxx

I would sell them though... and get all brand new ones or heck even CL some used ones and safe money!

Craigslist all day, sell then buy. At tanks that size you shouldn't have a problem getting the same or more for the price you sell them for. Shipping will be high and a hassle.

BTW welcome to Texas!
