Actaully 28 dollars is rather cheap for shipping.
If you have not received you fish by now, I would seriously start a Paypal complaint to get your money back, which in itself is going to take about 30days
Update: Was finally contacted by the Vendor last Thursday and he gave me some excuses as to why my fish werent shipped. That's right, the fish were never even shipped. I sent payment to this Vendor on the 10th of this month, and it's now the 26th. He then told me that a refund would take awhile because "he has to send the money to paypal which takes a few days". Anyone ever heard of having to send money to paypal and it taking a few days??? Neither have I. So, still no refund of payment and we're going on 3 weeks after the transaction was made. Never have had this type of online service purchasing a fish before.
I'd tell em if I could've had the fish already doing biz with someone else. And since he hasn't shipped yet, he can throw in an extra fish to make it right. Otherwise I'd say keep the fish cause I keeping my money, call the bank and tell them I think i'm being scammed. My bank has refunded me even before paypal responded before so its possible.
It can take a couple days to move money from his bank account to your paypal account but if he does a refund you should have an amount "on hold" right away in your paypal transactions and the hold will lift once the transaction has gone through. Sounds like a vendor that should be avoided in the future.
I've already walked him through how to issue an immediate refund. There shouldnt be any sending money from his bank account to his paypal account. That's pointless and doing it the hard way. Just issue a simple refund, not hard at all. He now wants my bank account info so he can forward it straight into there. Not a chance. I'm going to talk to MFK and see what we can do to have this guy removed as a Vendor. I'm not even interested in the money anymore, just going to expose this guy for the things he has done/is doing. U don't have to pm him the shipment was from me. And yes it went bad and ive tryed to send it back im not trying to keep ur $57.96 that I received after paypal took their share.but yes it says rite on paypal that it takes 3-7 businesses days that wasn't good enough so I was going to do a deposit all I needed was bank name not ur account information ! I've done tons of businesses on this site and have always done a great job with great fish! But sometimes things happen I am human just like everybody else im sending the money back the only way I know how and the only way everybody I've asked how so u will receive in a few days sorry it came to this!
And I've only messed up 2 orders in the 3.5 years of doing this and thousands of orders and tens of thousands of dollars I don't think that makes me a bad vendor I think it makes me human I bust my butt trying to make sure I sell the best and keep everybody happy but sometimes very few times have I failed and this is one of those! I will send u fish on the house if u like ill pay shipping and all its the least I can do to try and make it rite! Again im very sorry the $57.40 has been sent! Sorry for my neglect on this order!
