Use 4 thick bags for a fish that size. No heat packs are needed, it's too warm and you'll cook the fish. You can use jungle ship-right or similar products, but it is not needed imo. If your lfs has pure o2, use it. They'll provide styro boxes and bags for free. I buy mine in bulk online.

Did you watch the how to properly bag fish instructional videos? You'll get the technique down by watching those.

yea thats what made me think about starting to ship...as theirs more people on here willing to ship than just plain Pick-Ups. I'll check up on an LFS close by if they have the supplies in their, but im sure they have large fish bags since they got a 16" Jardini in their tanks for sale

how do you guys make a shipment go with live arrival? i see alot of shippings that says Live Arrival Guarantee...and i know what it is but how does a shipment of live creatures like fish come with live arrival...is it the way you pack the fish? the 02 thats put into the bag?

Hey, just out of thought but when i noticed when Nick did Airport to Airport shipping how do you get your fishes?

Yep.. really it's up to you. And sometimes depends on the species you're shipping and if it has any problems that makes it not ship well.

But I don't know what's involved for you as a shipper to ship AP to AP. Receiver would just need ID and go to the airport to pick up.
