Shipping Sharks and Rays

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
not really lol......but you should do it like every 2-3 orders

Why? I going to agree others have already said. Claiming you have problems with your order that often, only messes things up for other legit customers who may a real problem.

However I also a bet that claiming you have problems with your orders that often - will get you noticed sooner or later.

....honestly.....this is the true story.

My aunt as im only 14.....received deceased fish through live aquaria...(Really enjoy that site!).

This was through labor day weekend. Somehow they were accidentally shipped to a Tennessee airport...we live in new york (fail in the making). In the order thier was two butterfly fish, puffer, diamond goby, three tiny gobies and a fox face. One tiny goby and diamond goby had passed during shipment. We called and they said to thier appologies that what had occured. We told them the water was freezing (true) bags filled with ****. It was a few days late cause of the incident. Then when we called to let them no, they said that they had given the money back in the credit card because of what had happened. They said due to the incident they given us a full refund, because they and we at the time wasn't sure if they would make it. The foxface is now happily in the main tank. The puffer is still in quarantine because he hasn't eaten since.

Im sorry about that post......i'll delete it.

I didn't mean to derail this thread (sorry Deano), but I hate thieves as well. Unfortunately this is what you are Pazzoman. I may be done with this forum.

sorry didn't mean it.....

so you've got a deal where you're scamming for free fish from an online retailer and post it up in a public online forum?

do you want to go to jail?

sure I don't agree with doing it but at least make sure to keep it to yourself. lol

After nearly 5 weeks my female yellow ray ate something on her own! I bought some PE Mysis today and she ate, but not alot but its a start. I stopped tube feeding last friday and she wouldnt touch anything i put in there and tonight I will try some clam, mussels and scallops by themselves, not what I have mixed together in my homemade recipe. BTW Zoo the furicin or whatever that was called has the red sore pretty much cleared up, and that was with 30 minute baths every night for 5 nights at triple strength compared to treating a tank.
