Shoaling Black Rhoms?!

lfs, r u talkin bout greenwoods pets? b/c i picked up a little black from them 2 weeks ago.

I was at my favorite LFS today and I noticed they had like 5 ADORABLE little black diamond rhoms about an inch long in the same tank. These are usually solitary fish right? If they have been kept in a small shoal from that size the rest of their life do you think it would be possible to keep that number of black diamond rhoms together successfully into adulthood?

From where I bought mine they had them all in one tank. About a month later when I went again they had to seperate them because they where beggining to fight. They where a little over an inch when I first went in.

Oh yes it can be done. Just do not know how this was done but these are successful.

I do not claim to try this but this is the first time I have seen a shoal. Although I do not suggest trying this, it "can be done".

it can only be done in a public aqaurium sized tank for all practical purposes it is impossible to do in anything less than a JohnPTC sized tank.
